Straight up: we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on any product.

These are instant-delivery digital goods. The moment a purchase is granted to your Cfx.re account, it’s yours — there’s no way to “return” it. That’s standard for digital FiveM assets and it’s how the escrow system works.

Something not working?

Don’t panic and don’t open a chargeback. Open a ticket in our Discordwith your transaction ID and we’ll get you sorted fast. Nine times out of ten it’s a quick fix.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute instead of contacting support will result in your assets being revoked and your accounts blacklisted from future purchases.
