Terms of Service

By purchasing from Kyros you agree to these terms. Payments and license delivery are handled by Tebex and the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system.

1. License

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product on servers operated under your linked Cfx.re account. The license is tied to your Cfx.re account and works across all of your server keys.

2. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or leak any product.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer or remove escrow protection.
• You may not claim authorship of our work.

3. Delivery & transfers

Products are delivered automatically to your Cfx.re account via Asset Escrow and downloaded from the Cfx.re Portal. A one-time license transfer to another Cfx.re account is permitted through the Portal and is irreversible.

4. Updates

Products include free lifetime updates. Updates are provided “as is” and we make no guarantee of compatibility with third-party resources.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Tebex. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout in your selected currency.

6. Liability

Products are provided without warranty. Kyros is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use our products.
